Cooper Poile Associates was formed by Ian Cooper in 1988. Since then, the business has continued to progress within the retail and restaurant sector, working with many well-loved High Street brands.

The company has grown to consist of a well experienced, close-knit team who have a wealth of knowledge, training and understanding. Specialising in large, high volume retail roll-out programmes, commercial refurbishments and new-build retail projects, Cooper Poile Associates are able to accommodate any operational needs, specialist requirements and contract procedures.

We pride ourselves on the ability to offer each of the four key aspects of the built design environment to an exceptional standard: Full service Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Development Management and Cost Control.
